A Few years ago I fulfilled a life long dream to visit Nova Scotia and I wasn’t disappointed. The beautiful, colourful landscape was breathtaking, and I hope this property provides you an insight into one of my favourite places in the world.
‘Overlooking the Avon River, in Nova Scotia’s treasured Annapolis Valley, this exceptional equestrian estate offers a wonderful architecturally designed home and a magnificent barn, both with remarkable details and tremendous craftsmanship. Two additional homes, one a circa 1890 farmhouse, can be enjoyed by family / guests / caretaker or staff.
The meticulous main residence and barn leave nothing to be desired; from the sunrises off the master bedroom stone terrace, to the sunsets enjoyed from the hand waxed local pine walls of the dining room, and absolutely everything in between. The barn is undoubtedly one of the best in the province, as the care and comfort of both the horses and the staff are paramount in this well planned equestrian facility.
Falmouth is a peaceful village in Nova Scotia’s beautiful Annapolis Valley. The rich agricultural land and “micro climate” have made this an attractive area for generations. Close to the historic towns of Windsor and Wolfville, home to King’s Edgehill School and Acadia University respectively, Falmouth is an easy commute to the provincial capital Halifax, and Stanfield International Airport.’
