A little piece of Devon

Berry Head Farm is a world of its own surrounded by high stone walls with a Mediterranean ambience created by the sunny protected terraces and exotic plantings. The entrance from Berry Head Road gives no indication of what to expect behind the electrically operated gates, opening into the inner courtyard. The original farmhouse has been comfortably modernised to a high specification and offers excellent owners accommodation. Offering more accommodation are the three separate guest apartments, two beside the house and the third at the top of the walled garden.
The tall double gates lead into the paved courtyard with contrasting granite sets and flagstones setting off the pretty stone walls with exotic and protected planting in the borders along the edge of the terraces. The Virginia creeper clad farmhouse faces due south over the wide terraces, the swimming pool and the walled gardens beyond. Arranged around the courtyard are the two guest apartments, one on top of the other, forming the south side and the north side is formed by a wide open car port with space for four cars. The west side is formed by potting sheds and general garden storage areas.
